How long does a service go for and what can I expect?
A service goes for about an hour. Our service times and locations are listed here.
Where do I park?
There is ample parking at St John’s, enter the church driveway, park in the carpark surrounding the church, or in the carpark near the road.
Entry
Enter through the large front doors and be greeted by our friendly hosts.
Do I have to bring anything?
Come as you are, bibles are provided in each pew.
I have kids – what is available for them?
We have Kids Church and crèche at our 10am service. Children can enjoy age-specific teaching in a safe and fun environment, including music, craft, drama and much more! Ask one of the hosts at the door for how to sign up your child/ren. All staff have been trained and obtained a Working With Children Check.
Activity sheets and pencils are available at other services.
Do you have disabled parking?
Yes, we do, on the left-hand side of the church. There are signs to the disabled toilet from there.
What happens in the service?
The service includes singing, prayer, bible reading and an inspiring message. Communion is available for those who believe in Jesus at the 8am service every week and once a month at the 10am and 6pm services.
Do I have to pay to attend church, or will I be asked for money at any time during my visit?
Everyone is welcome to attend church and there is no cost to attend. We do have an offering as part of our service and you are not under compulsion to give. If you would like prayer, you could fill in one of Welcome Cards available in each pew and drop this in the offering plate.
I need to speak further with someone?
The minister is available after the service and a member of our Pastoral Care Team, you can see them here.
